İşbu Gizlilik Politikası, iMobilecode’a ait Eczane Uygulamasına erişim sağlayacak kişilerin (Kullanıcıların) Mobil Uygulamayı cihazlarına yüklemesi ile birlikte yürürlüğe girmiş olacaktır.
İşbu Gizlilik Politikası Eczane’nin Mobil Uygulama kapsamındaki hizmetlerden Kullanıcıları yararlandırmak amacıyla Kullanıcılara ait bilgilerin; toplanması, kullanılması ve işlenmesine ilişkin hükümleri içermektedir. iMobilecode işbu Gizlilik Politikası hükümlerini, dilediği zaman Mobil Uygulamasında yayınlamak suretiyle, tek taraflı olarak değiştirebilir. iMobilecode’un değişiklik yaptığı Gizlilik Politikası hükümleri, iş bu Mobil Uygulamada yayınlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer.
Kullanıcıların Mobil Uygulamadan ayrılmak istemesi durumunda, uygulamayı kaldırması yeterli olacaktır.
Kullanıcılar Mobil Uygulamayı yükleyerek giriş yaptıklarında cihaz bilgileri (cihazın ekranının açık olup olmama, GPS ayarının durumuna dair bilgiler), gerçek zamanlı olarak yer bilgileri kontrol edilerek bulundukları yer bilgilerine ulaşılabilecektir. Mobil Uygulama kapsamında konum bilgisi kullanıcılara bulundukları konuma yakın nöbetçi eczaneleri gösterebilmek için kullanılmaktadır. Cihaz bilgileri, Kullanıcının uygulama içerisinde kendi konumunu görmek istemesi halinde GPS özelliğinin açılmasını sağlamak, uygulama aktif olduğu süre boyunca telefonun bekleme durumuna girmemesini sağlama (ekran ışığının açık kalması) için alınır.
Kişi bilgileri, Kullanıcının isteği halinde uygulama içerisinde sunulmuş olan telefon numaralarına arama yapabilmek, mail adreslerine mail atabilmek için alınır, Eczane’e ait hiçbir sunucuda tutulmayacak olup, cihaz içerisinde kayıt altına alınacaktır.
iMobilecode olarak Kullanıcının uygulama kullanım süreleri boyunca hiçbir kişisel verisi tarafımıza ait veri depolama alanlarında tutulmamaktadır. Kullanıcıya ait uygulama içerisindeki bilgiler (tercihler) Kullanıcının tercihlerini sıfırlaması, uygulamayı kaldırması gibi aksiyonlar ile cihaz içerisinden silinebilir.
iMobilecode olarak Mobil Uygulama içerisindeki Kullanıcıya ait bilgilerin hiçbir şekilde tarafımıza ait veri depolama alanlarında tutulmadığı bilgilerin Kullanılması başlığında açıklanmıştır. İşbu başlığa dayanarak kayıt altında olmayan verilerin üçüncü taraflar ile paylaşılmayacaktır.

This Privacy Policy shall enter into force once the persons (Users) who will access the Pharmacy Application owned by iMobilecode install the Mobile Application on their devices.
This Privacy Policy contains provisions regarding the collection, use, and processing of information belonging to Users for the purpose of enabling Users to benefit from the services of the Pharmacy within the scope of the Mobile Application. iMobilecode may unilaterally amend the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing them in its Mobile Application. The amended provisions of the Privacy Policy enter into force on the date they are published in this Mobile Application.
Should Users wish to leave the Mobile Application, it will be sufficient for them to uninstall the application.
When Users log in by installing the Mobile Application, their location may be accessed by checking device information (information regarding whether the device screen is on and the status of the GPS setting) together with real-time location information. Within the scope of the Mobile Application, location information is used in order to show Users the on-duty pharmacies near their location. Device information is collected in order to enable the GPS feature to be turned on when the User wishes to view their own location within the application, and to prevent the phone from entering standby mode (keeping the screen light on) for the duration that the application is active.
Contact information is collected, upon the User's request, in order to make calls to the phone numbers provided within the application and to send emails to the email addresses; it will not be kept on any server belonging to the Pharmacy and will be recorded within the device.
As iMobilecode, none of the User's personal data is kept in our data storage areas throughout the User's use of the application. The information (preferences) belonging to the User within the application may be deleted from the device through actions such as the User resetting their preferences or uninstalling the application.
As explained under the "Use of Information" heading, the User's information within the Mobile Application is in no way kept in our data storage areas by iMobilecode. On the basis of this heading, data that is not recorded will not be shared with third parties.
